In order to ensure favorable conditions for achieving the above, PAPOLA S.R.L has established expectations regarding the behavior of professionals/business associates.
The purpose of this document is to establish trust within the company, giving everyone a guideline to deal with employment and related issues with serenity and consciousness.
The code regards:
– company employees (employees, freelancers);
– suppliers;
– trainees ;
The code is structured into chapters identifying the most four important values designated by the owner of the company, Rodolfo Papola.

Chapter 1: Responsibility
The term Responsibility derives from the Latin responsus, past participle of the verb respondem, meaning “respond to someone or to oneself with regard to own actions and relative consequences “.
Responsibility is a form of attention that every individual owes to himself, to others, to his surroundings and to reality, that of work as well, in which he is called to operate upon in the best possible way.
Being responsible means questioning matters all the time and figuring out what are the best actions to be taken in several situations. It is also increasing the level of choice awareness of every employee, without being carried away by events and swayed by emotions easily.
In other terms, responsibility is to:
– Carry out own role and responsibilities without trespassing respectiveb tasks and activities;
– Comply with the terms and deadlines set by the supervisors according to the organizational structure of the company;
– Recognize own mistakes and try to remedy them;
– Protect any confidential information;
– Report to higher management , any inappropriate behavior or  speech that threats healthy work environment.

Chapter 2 :Respect
Respect is one of the most important values in life: respect towards things and people that surround us in addition to respect of codes of civil life.
We cannot expect respect unless it is mutual.
People deserve respect in all its forms: in professional growth, developing skills and competences, giving to others, communicating with others through shared tools, laws, rules, and relationships.
We must always respect the other, his ideas, his space.
Nobody is nobody’s servant and corporate hierarchy implies that certain things need to be executed by certain figures. Each employee is invited to
– Maintain an effective and clean work space;
– Dress in a manner appropriate to the culture of the company;
– Respect the provided common spaces and supplies and help maintain them;
– Use appropriate language and correct tone of voice.

Chapter 3 :Professionalism
Professionalism is a set of attitudes, skills and behaviors that helps any employee develop his own effective work habits. Basically, PAPOLA srl incorporates them in three interdependent dimensions:
1) the MORAL dimension, which sums up the moral values and ethical principles of a person not only in a corporate bound context but also in personal life;
2) the PROFESSIONAL dimension, which brings up the knowledge, skills, intelligence and creativity apparent in the problem solving capacity, in the “know-how” that matures and strengthens on the field with commitment, passion, sacrifice and desire to learn and improve continuously.
3) the HUMANISTIC and RELATIONAL dimension to govern the complexity of relational dynamics, including empathy, psycho-emotional stability, self-control, management of anxiety and stress.
Professionalism and ethical standards are the basis for building trust and credibility with the people.

Chapter 4: Honesty
Honesty is the human quality to act and communicate in an truthful, fair and transparent way , based on universally valid moral principles.

Each employee’s Performance is evaluated in accordance with the hierarchy established in the organizational structure.
The values relevant to the code of conduct as others will be taken into account.
